Return and Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We at The Stitch One follow very customer friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of any stress or any issues. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, we encourage everyone to read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
Please ask for as many questions as you wish to before confirming your order including fabric type, design, measurements, or anything that helps you make your decision. We would love to respond and assist you with ordering. You can simply reach out to us on Email, Instagram or even Whatsapp. We are just a message away and our team is available 11:30am to 6:30pm

WHEN EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED

  • Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10-15% Color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
  • Exchange not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order. 
  • Exchange not accepted due to any other reasons leading to sudden change of mind after placing the order.

EXCHANGE DUE TO SIZE ISSUES

Please refer to size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. No exchanges available for sizes 46/3XL and 48/4XL products.

If customer is facing size issues then he/she  can mail us for size exchange on query@thestitchone.com within 24 hours  for the date of delivery. Kindly take a note we can not assure you of offering the exchange as it depends upon availability of  your size in your design at that time. Additionally, it will INR 250 additional charges per item to cover logistics expenses incurred with re-dispatch of your order.

Please note currently we don't provide reverse pick-up.so customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile on it. Exchange are allowed  on size issues only . Exchange will not be issued on product exchange. Customer get a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock which is valid for 30days only.

Note: Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.

EXCHANGE DUE TO DAMAGED PRODUCTS

It’s extremely unlikely for you to receive damaged / defective or incorrect product, as we have our QC team carefully checking all outfits before dispatching them. 

However, in rare scenario if you face such issues, we would be happy to assist you with the exchange of the same. Please send us an email on query@thestitchone.com with details of the issues you are facing along with order opening video for verification purpose within 24hours of delivery.

Note: Photos will not be considered, matter should be shown in opening video only. Recording should be in a one shoot only and edited/added videos will not be considered.

Later conversation or any arguments will not be considered if you don’t have opening video by any reason.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The Stitch One and accept The Stitch One decision regarding the damaged product.

All exchange will be subject to our verification. Once your exchange request is received and verified – we will notify you of the approval or rejection (along with valid justification). Once it’s approved, we will arrange for the reverse pick up and dispatch a replacement of the same product your way if available. In case it’s not available we would provide you a store credit of the same amount within 48 hours. Validity of credit voucher valid will be of 30 days from the store credit date. 

Note: Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.

MADE TO ORDER

There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for exchange. The return and exchange policy for such product is clearly mentioned on the product page.

RETURN:

We humbly don’t take returns and refund will not be made on items once sold.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Kindly note that orders received from overseas are not eligible for returns or exchange in any cases.

CANCELLATIONS

Prepaid and Partially Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please write to us at query@thestitchone.com to request a cancellation.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The Stitch One and accept The Stitch One decision regarding the cancellation.

Cash On Delivery (COD) Charges & Shipping Charges will not be Refunded in any Case.

CANCELLATION BY THE STITCH ONE

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
